Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using the aiFiverr Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Charith Harshana ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Extension.

aiFiverr is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered assistance for Fiverr users, including:

• • AI-powered text analysis and response generation
• • Continuous chat sessions with context maintenance
• • Smart text selection and variable system
• • Knowledge base integration with Google Drive
• • Cross-browser data synchronization

The Extension requires your own Google Gemini API key and operates using third-party services including Google's AI services.

API Key Management

• • You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your Google Gemini API key
• • You are responsible for all costs associated with your API usage
• • You must keep your API keys secure and not share them with others
• • You must comply with Google's API terms of service

Acceptable Use

• • Use the Extension only for legitimate business purposes on Fiverr
• • Do not use the Extension for spam, harassment, or malicious activities
• • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Extension
• • Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Data and Privacy

• • You are responsible for the content you input into the Extension
• • You must not input confidential or sensitive information
• • You understand that AI responses are generated by third-party services
• • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content

Service Availability

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be available at all times or free from errors.

AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by third-party services and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

Third-Party Services

The Extension relies on third-party services including Google's APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• • Costs of substitute services or products
• • Business interruption or system failures
• • Any damages arising from use of AI-generated content
• • Issues with third-party services or APIs

Our total liability for any claims related to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension (which is currently free).

The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Charith Harshana and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension without our prior written consent.

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately, but these Terms will remain in effect regarding your prior use.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the Extension interface.

Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Sri Lanka.
